Digital delivery and withdrawal

The files offered on this website are digital content. Delivery may take place through Tebex or the Cfx.re Portal.

Consumers generally have a withdrawal period. For immediate digital delivery, that right may end when the consumer has expressly agreed in advance to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. This consent must be requested in the relevant Tebex checkout; clicking on brabo-customs.com alone does not remove the withdrawal right.

Statutory rights concerning non-delivery, defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected. Payment and refund requests must be handled through the relevant Tebex transaction. Technical support is available through the existing product-group contact address.
